September for most means more of a schedule and routine. As you are planning your typical day don’t forget the importance of regular meals and snacks.
🍽 Plan to eat every 3-4 hours to prevent overeating at the next meal.
🍽 Listen to your body - If you eat a meal or snack and still feel hungry you may overeat at your next meal. If you are overly full you may skip your next meal or snack and be very hungry for the following meal.
🍽 Plan to eat carbohydrates with a healthy fat or lean protein to promote satiety.
🍽 Don’t forget to add water. Not having enough water can be mistaken for hunger.
🍽 Plan ahead. Have your meals and snacks thought of ahead of time will decrease the likelihood of skipping.
